Fees are calculated as follows: Fee = MAX(Amount × Rate%, Minimum Fee). For example, for an MTN deposit of 10,000 XOF: 10,000 × 1.5% = 150 XOF. Since this is greater than the minimum of 50 XOF, the applied fee will be 150 XOF.
Discounts are recalculated at the end of each quarter and applied for the following quarter. Your new rate becomes effective on the first day of the new quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1).
No. Only successful transactions (SUCCESS status) are charged. Failed, cancelled, or expired transactions do not generate any fees.
Yes! Each API response includes the "fees" field indicating the exact amount of fees charged. You can also view your cumulative fees in the AWDPay Dashboard.
